3. Appointment & SMS Communications

If you provide your phone number and opt in, Nailzy may send transactional SMS messages related to:

• reschedules,

• cancellations,

• verification,

• and account activity.

These messages may be delivered using automated technology through providers such as Twilio.

Mobile information, SMS opt-in data, and messaging consent will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Nailzy does not sell SMS opt-in data or consent records.

4. Marketplace & Booking Transactions

Nailzy does not store full payment card numbers on our servers.

Booking page statistics. When you visit a salon’s booking page on Nailzy (or the salon’s own booking domain), we record first-party, aggregate information about the visit — for example that the page was visited, which booking steps were reached, and whether a booking was requested — using a random identifier stored in your browser. We use it to show that salon aggregate statistics about its own booking page. These statistics never include your name, email, phone number or IP address, and we don’t use them for advertising or to track you across other websites. If your browser sends a Global Privacy Control signal, we don’t record this information.

8. Data Retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to:

• operate the platform,

• comply with legal obligations,

• resolve disputes,

• enforce agreements,

• and maintain business records.

9. Security

We implement reasonable administrative and technical safeguards designed to protect information.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security.
