If you would like to delete your Nailzy account, you can request account deletion at any time. You can do this from within the Nailzy mobile app, or by contacting our support team using the details below.
How to request deletion
Email us at support@nailzy.com from the email address associated with your Nailzy account, and include “Account deletion request” in the subject line.
If your account was created with a phone number instead of an email address, please include the phone number associated with your account so we can verify your request.

- We will verify your identity before processing the request.
- We will delete or de-identify personal information associated with your account where deletion is permitted.
- Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, accounting, payment, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, marketplace safety, seller payout, or regulatory compliance reasons.
- Order, payment, tax, fulfillment, return, refund, review, and transaction records may be retained as required to operate the marketplace and comply with applicable laws.
- Public marketplace content you created — such as reviews — may be anonymized or detached from your account rather than removed, where deleting it would affect the integrity of transactions or the experience of other users.
- We generally process deletion requests within 30 days unless additional time is required by law or for legitimate business or security reasons, including identity verification and legal obligations.
