Please arrive with your hands reasonably clean and free of excessive lotion or oils.
🚫 DON'T PICK OFF YOUR OLD SET
If you have existing product, please book the appropriate removal service when necessary.
🧴 SKIP HEAVY LOTION RIGHT BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT
Excess oils and lotion can interfere with proper preparation and product adhesion.
✂️ DON'T CUT YOUR CUTICLES
Leave cuticle preparation to your nail tech.
💭 HAVE AN IDEA
Bring inspiration pictures if you have them!
Pinterest, Instagram, saved photos, or even a picture of something completely unrelated to nails can help communicate your vision.

* Moisturize your hands and cuticles.
* Wear gloves when cleaning or using harsh chemicals.
* Use your fingertips rather than your nails when opening things.
* Be mindful of your nails during activities that involve impact or pressure.
* Contact Vine & Polished if you experience an issue with your service.

* Don’t pick, peel, or bite your product.
* Don’t intentionally lift or remove product yourself.
* Don’t pull of a broken nail or enhancement.
* Don’t cut or aggressively push your cuticles at home.
* Don’t expose your nails unnecessarily to harsh chemicals
* Avoid heavy lifting or hobbies that can put stress or pressure on your nails.
💚 IF SOMETHING HAPPENS
If you experience lifting, breakage, or another issue, take a photo and contact Vine & Polished as soon as possible.
