Booking Policies & FAQ
NAILED BY LANA
Please read all policies before booking. By scheduling an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following:
✅BOOKING & DEPOSITS
• All appointments must be booked through my website. I do not accept bookings through DMs unless there are unforeseen circumstances.
• A $20 deposit is REQUIRED to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.
• All deposits are nonrefundable and will be applied toward your remaining balance.
• If you reschedule within the allowed time, your deposit may be transferred to your new appointment.
• Same-day appointments may be accepted if you contact me by 12 PM and availability allows. Same-day availability is never guaranteed.
🛑CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
• Please cancel or reschedule through the link provided in your confirmation text or email.
• Changes must be made at least 24 hours before your appointment.
• Late cancellations, missed appointments, and last-minute rescheduling will result in the loss of your deposit.
• A $20 cancellation fee may be required before you are allowed to book another appointment.
• Clients who repeatedly cancel, reschedule, or miss appointments may no longer be permitted to book.
⏰LATE POLICY
Please communicate with me as soon as possible if you are running late.
• 5–10 minutes late: $5 late fee.
• 10–15 minutes late: $10 late fee.
• More than 15 minutes late: Your appointment will be canceled, and your deposit will be kept.
*Arriving late may require your design or service to be adjusted so I do not run behind for my following clients.
📍APPOINTMENT LOCATION
*My address will be sent on the day of your appointment. Clients with morning appointments will receive the address the night before.

💅NAIL PREPARATION
• Please arrive with clean hands and nails.
• Do not rip, bite, peel, or remove your nails before your appointment. This can damage your natural nails and affect the service I am able to provide.
• If I determine that your nails cannot be serviced safely, your appointment may need to be canceled or rescheduled.
🤎FILLS & SOAK-OFFS
• I do not perform fills on another nail technician’s work. You must book a soak-off and a new full set.
• After three weeks, a soak-off and new full set are required. Rebuilding the structure and apex after this amount of time requires the work of a new set.
*A $10 soak-off fee
⚒️NAIL REPAIRS
*Please contact me as soon as possible if you experience lifting, breakage, or another issue with your nails. Do not glue, rip off, or attempt to repair the nail yourself.
*Repairs caused by improper care, picking, biting, using your nails as tools, or an accident may require an additional fee.
*Clients who repeatedly rip off or improperly remove their nails may no longer be permitted to book.
🤎DESIGNS & APPOINTMENT TIME
• Please send your inspiration pictures before your appointment whenever possible.
• Please book the correct service and nail length so enough time is reserved for your appointment.
• Some designs may need to be adjusted based on the supplies available, your natural nail condition, or the time reserved.
💸PAYMENT
*Your deposit will be deducted from your total. The remaining balance is due at the end of your appointment.
*Please be prepared to pay the full remaining balance before leaving. Prices may vary depending on the final length and design selected.
⚠️FINAL NOTICE
My policies are in place to protect my time, keep appointments running smoothly, and provide every client with the best service possible.
Failure to follow these policies may result in additional fees, cancellation of your appointment, loss of your deposit, or being unable to book future appointments.
