Please arrive on time for your appointment. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in your appointment being shortened or rescheduled.

Please book the correct service to allow enough time for your appointment. If you are unsure which service to book, feel free to reach out before scheduling.

Please provide at least 2 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit before booking future appointment.

No-shows may be required to pay a deposit or prepayment before booking future appointments. Multiple no-shows will result in being permanently unable to book future appointments.

Nail art is priced according to the complexity and time required. If you have a specific design in mind, please send a reference photo when booking so I can make sure the appropriate amount of time is reserved.

Please contact me as soon as possible if you experience an issue with your nails after your appointment. Repairs may be offered depending on the situation and timeframe.

For the health and safety of everyone, if you have any signs of a nail infection, open wounds, or other conditions that may make a service unsafe, your appointment may need to be rescheduled.

Please keep additional guests to a minimum due to limited studio space. Children and pets should not be brought to appointments unless previously discussed.

Payment is due at the time of your appointment. Accepted payment methods will be listed when booking.
