The 4DAYZE Community Event is bringing the nail community together for a full day of education, connection, brands, products, resources and opportunities to grow. VIP EXPERIENCE | 12 PM–2:30 PM Learn from industry professionals who have already put in the time, made the mistakes and mastered their craft. Our featured educators are volunteering their time and knowledge to pour back into the next generation of nail professionals. Your VIP ticket gives you access to ALL featured educators covering: • Business + Client Growth with Sally Chia • Acrylic Application with Uylissa Mendoza • Natural Nails + Gel with Isabelle of Nail Spice • Creative Design + Nail Art with Dez Zarate • Brand Open House, Dual Forms + Hard Gel with Mariana Sandu Learn from their experience, ask questions and take knowledge back to your own nail table and business. Your VIP ticket is for the EDUCATIONAL EXPERIENCE. Goodie bags, products, samples and giveaways are NOT included or guaranteed with your ticket. Any products, gifts, raffle prizes or giveaways received during the VIP session are EXTRAS provided by participating brands and sponsors. Your VIP ticket also helps cover the expenses required to make this event possible. Thank you for contributing and helping us provide a FREE experience for the community. FREE COMMUNITY EVENT | 3 PM–5 PM At 3 PM, we open the doors to current and future nail professionals for FREE. Come experience live education, brands, products, shopping, giveaways, networking, educators and resources created to help you grow within the nail industry. WHO QUALIFIES? This event is specifically for current or future nail professionals. At check in, every attendee must present a valid photo ID matching the name on their registration AND show at least ONE of the following: • Valid nail or cosmetology license number • Current nail or cosmetology school permit/student verification • Active professional nail Instagram page Verification must be shown at the time of check in. If you cannot provide qualifying verification with your ID, admission may be denied. FREE admission requires an approved RSVP. One RSVP admits ONE registered attendee only. One registration = one attendee = one valid ID. No additional attendees, plus ones or unregistered guests will be admitted. Each person must register and check in for themselves. Family members, friends or other individuals may NOT register, check in or enter on your behalf to receive additional product tickets, giveaway entries or additional chances to win. We are already working hard to create opportunities for attendees to leave with something, but products, samples, gifts and giveaways are NEVER guaranteed with FREE or VIP admission. All available product distribution will follow a ticket system to keep the experience organized and fair. FREE attendees receive 1 product ticket per registered attendee and valid ID. VIP attendees receive 2 product tickets per registered attendee and valid ID, plus access to additional raffles during the VIP session. Please do NOT ask educators, sponsors, brands, vendors or volunteers for additional products, samples or free items. Taking more than your allotted amount, repeatedly asking for products, using additional people to receive more tickets or attempting to get around the distribution system will not be tolerated. You may be quietly asked to leave the event. CHECK IN + EVENT POLICIES • Valid photo ID matching the registered name is required at check in. • Clear bags only. Non clear bags may be denied entry. • VIP access is reserved for registered VIP ticket holders from 12 PM–3 PM. • FREE event admission begins at 3 PM. Early admission is not permitted without a VIP ticket. • Minors must have parent or legal guardian permission and must be checked in and signed in by their parent or guardian. • Parents or guardians checking in a minor are not automatically admitted. They must have their own approved admission to remain at the event. • Tickets and RSVPs are non transferable and may not be sold, gifted or transferred to another person. • Giveaways and raffles are for eligible registered attendees and may require the winner to be present to claim. • Guests who RSVP’d for the 2025 FREE event and did not attend are not eligible to attend the 2026 event and may RSVP again in 2027. Please respect our educators, volunteers, vendors, sponsors and fellow attendees. Disruptive, disrespectful or unsafe behavior may result in removal from the event. Please respect educator demonstrations and designated learning spaces. Do not interrupt active education or block another attendee’s view. Photos and videos may be taken throughout the event for 4DAYZE promotional and educational purposes. Outside food and drinks are subject to venue rules and may not be permitted. Entry, education, products, giveaways and experiences are subject to availability, event capacity and schedule changes. 4DAYZE reserves the right to deny or revoke admission if event policies or registration requirements are not followed. Whether you join us for VIP or the FREE community event, November 7 is about bringing the industry together, sharing knowledge and creating opportunities for people who genuinely want to learn, connect and grow.

What's included

Prerequisites

• Must be a current or future nail professional, nail student or beauty industry professional.
• No experience level is required. Beginners, students and experienced professionals are welcome.
• Valid photo ID matching the name on your registration is required at check in.
• Minors must have parent or legal guardian permission and must be checked in and signed in by their parent or guardian.
• Each attendee must have their own VIP ticket. No plus ones or unregistered guests.
• Bring a clear bag only.
• No model, tools or products are required. This is an education and demonstration based experience.

NAILSFORDAYZE

Denay Sky is a licensed manicurist, nail educator and content creator based in San Antonio, Texas. Founder of NailsForDayze, she specializes in natural nail growth and builder gel while providing 1:1 education in San Antonio and traveling across the U.S. teaching acrylic classes and demonstrations. Her work combines beauty, education, content and community to help shape the next generation of nail professionals.

Location

Cancellation policy

All VIP ticket purchases are final and nonrefundable. If you can no longer attend, you must cancel at least 7 days before the event so your space can be offered to someone else. FREE RSVPs must also be canceled at least 7 days before the event if you are unable to attend. No-shows or cancellations made less than 7 days before the event will not be eligible to attend the following year’s 4DAYZE Community Event. Tickets and RSVPs are non-transferable and may only be used by the person whose name is registered. Valid photo ID matching your registration is required at check-in. Additional guests and plus ones will not be admitted without their own approved admission. Arriving without the required ID or not meeting the registration requirements may result in denied entry. VIP ticket holders who miss the VIP portion of the event will not receive a refund, credit or replacement for missed education, giveaways or VIP experiences. By purchasing a VIP ticket or submitting a FREE RSVP, you agree to the event attendance and cancellation policies.
