A Russian manicure is a detailed dry manicure that uses specialized tools and fine e-file bits to precisely clean the cuticle area and refine the skin around the nails. This technique creates a clean and a healthy skin. Please note: Removal of product applied at another salon requires an additional 30–40 minutes and is subject to a $20 fee, separate from the Russian Manicure Only service.
