Russian Pedi

A Russian pedi is a European style of pedicure which focuses mainly on cuticle cleanup work. It takes about 45 minutes to an hour just focusing on the cuticle getting rid as much dead skin as possible. Then using a podo disc to exfoliate the bottom of the heel with the e-file! The application can be done with either regular gel or regular polish. (Regular polished colors are limited)
